Sonoma County Residential Tenancy Protections Ordinance

The Sonoma County Residential Tenancy Protections Ordinance (Ordinance No. 6496 ) requires landlords, or agents working on behalf of landlords, to submit the following information within three (3) days of serving a Notice of Termination upon a tenant or sub-tenant for any property in the unincorporated areas of Sonoma County.
